Liturina is delighted to present our first young composer’s competition. The competition aims to create a complete work based on Bach’s single movement trio sonata, BWV 1040. Composers will have the opportunity to write one of the three missing movements, and the winners will have their work performed in a concert presenting the entire piece.

  • Submission deadline is 5pm on the 6th January 2025

  • Prize of £100 for each of the three winners

  • Entrants must be 18 or under at the submission deadline
